Sensitive documentation security should be your top priority. Restricting access to the WordPress knowledge base<\/a> will reduce the risk of unwanted eyes on your internal documentation. To prioritize user privacy, EazyDocs offers built-in options for redirecting unauthorized visitors, either to the login page or another preferred destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With EazyDocs<\/a>, users don’t have to create separate documentation for internal documents. Users can switch privacy options for individual documentation sections from public view to logged-in users only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creating Internal Documentation\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n

From the [direction] WordPress Dashboard > EazyDocs Dashboard, [\/direction] select the documentation you want to switch to an internal doc setting. Right next to the doc title, click on the arrow icon and click on the Visibility <\/em><\/strong>option.<\/p>\n\n\n

Individual documentation sections can be internalized as well. To internalize any documentation section, hover over the Visibility <\/em><\/strong>option icon shown next to the section title.
Clicking the Visibility <\/em><\/strong>option\u2019s icon will show \u2018Visibility Options\u2019<\/em><\/strong>; just select the Private <\/em><\/strong>option and click Update<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With EazyDocs, users can restrict access to the WordPress knowledge base to unauthorized visitors. To do so, navigate to [direction] WP Dashboard > EazyDocs > Settings > Private Doc [\/direction].
