The Employer Dashboard<\/strong> in Jobus is a powerful, centralized hub designed to streamline the entire hiring workflow for recruiters and companies. From posting new job openings and reviewing applications to tracking performance and managing shortlisted candidates- everything can be handled seamlessly from one place. The dashboard also enables employers to update company profiles, access applicant insights, and monitor active, closed, and pending job listings through a clean and intuitive interface designed for efficiency and clarity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When an employer logs in, they are automatically redirected to the Employer Dashboard<\/strong>, where they can view a summary of their recruitment performance and easily navigate between management sections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main dashboard view includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
