How Can I Bulk Delete All the Documents in Eazydocs?

To bulk delete all your documents, or documents under a parent, or even selected documents, you have to follow these steps.

Step 1: Switch to Classic UI to Bulk Delete Content

To switch to Classic UI, by clicking the Classic UI button at the top right corner.

Step 2: Select the Documents You Want to Delete

Move to Trash

If you want to bulk delete all documents at once, click the checkbox on the left side of the title to select all the listed content.

If you want to delete specific articles, select them by clicking the checkboxes next to their titles.

After making your selection, click the ‘Bulk actions’ dropdown menu and choose ‘Move to Trash‘. Finally, click the ‘Apply‘ button.

This action will move all the articles to Trash.

Permanently Delete Docs

To permanently delete all documents, navigate to the ‘Trash‘ folder by clicking the ‘Trash‘ button.

You can clean the trash with one click of the button Empty Trash.

If you want to permanently delete specific documents, select them by clicking the checkboxes next to their titles. From the ‘Bulk actions’ dropdown menu, choose ‘Delete permanently‘ and click the ‘Apply‘ button.
