The Employer Dashboard in Jobus is a powerful, centralized hub designed to streamline the entire hiring workflow for recruiters and companies. From posting new job openings and reviewing applications to tracking performance and managing shortlisted candidates- everything can be handled seamlessly from one place. The dashboard also enables employers to update company profiles, access applicant insights, and monitor active, closed, and pending job listings through a clean and intuitive interface designed for efficiency and clarity.

When an employer logs in, they are automatically redirected to the Employer Dashboard, where they can view a summary of their recruitment performance and easily navigate between management sections.

Dashboard Overview:

The main dashboard view includes:

  • Posted Jobs: Displays the total number of jobs created by the employer.
  • Applications: Shows the number of candidates who have applied to the employer’s job listings.
  • Saved Candidates: Lists the profiles that the employer has bookmarked for future reference.
  • Job Views: Displays how many times the employer’s job posts have been viewed by candidates.

This section gives a concise overview of the company’s activity and performance within the Jobus platform.

The left-side menu allows employers to access key sections of their workspace. Below the Dashboard option, there are additional management sections, including My Profile, My Jobs, Submit Job, and Saved Candidates.

My Profile: 

The My Profile section enables employers to set up and customize their company profile to attract potential candidates.

Employers can:

  • Upload a profile photo or company logo.
  • Enter the Company Name and Email Address.
  • Add a Short Description or company overview.
  • Define Taxonomies, such as company type, industry, and other identifiers.
  • Specify Location, Company Status, and Team Size.
  • Add the Company Website URL, including text and link target.
  • Include Social Media Links, an Introductory Video, and Testimonials to strengthen their company branding.

This section helps employers present a complete and professional company profile that appeals to job seekers.

My Jobs:

The My Jobs section provides employers with a complete overview of all job postings created by the company.

Features include:

  • Viewing all posted jobs with details such as title, category, and publication date.
  • Monitoring the number of applicants for each job post.
  • Checking the status of job postings (active, closed, or pending).
  • Performing actions such as editing, updating, or deleting a job listing.

This section ensures employers can efficiently manage their ongoing and past job postings.

Submit Job:

The Submit Job section allows employers to create and publish new job listings on the Jobus platform.

When submitting a new job, employers can:

  • Enter the Job Title and Description.
  • Set Taxonomies such as job categories, locations, and tags.
  • Define Specifications including:
    • Salary Range
    • Job Type (Full-time, Part-time, Contract, etc.)
    • Expertise Level
    • Required Experience
    • Job Duration
  • Add the Company Website URL for candidates to visit and learn more.

Saved Candidates:
